01 General
These terms and conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions for the sale of goods by 1Supply. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms. These terms do not apply to consumer transactions — 1Supply operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier to registered businesses.
02 Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed in writing.
- Minimum order values may apply depending on product category
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Bulk and recurring order discounts are available on request
03 Payment
Payment terms for approved credit accounts are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. For new clients, pro-forma payment may be required until a credit account has been established. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
04 Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. 1Supply is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the client upon delivery to the agreed address.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination
- Clients are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt
05 Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. All new products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. 1Supply does not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
06 Liability
1Supply's liability for any claim arising from or in connection with the supply of goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data.
07 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
