1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions for the sale of goods by 1Supply. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
3. Payment
Payment terms for approved credit accounts are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. For new clients, pro-forma payment may be required. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the client upon delivery.
5. Returns & Warranty
Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery. All new products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty.
